Everett is a “Double Duck,” receiving his B.S. from the University of Oregon in 2006, and his J.D. in 2011. Everett has practiced law in Oregon since 2011, representing individuals and business entities in the areas of business law, real estate matters, construction defects and liens, and landlord rights. His experience in these areas allows him to deal with matters in a knowledgeable and efficient manner. Everett is an experienced and skilled litigator and represents his clients in court whenever that becomes necessary. Everett also serves with the Oregon Army National Guard, where he is currently assigned to the Regional Trial Defense Team, representing Soldiers in adverse military actions. Former roles include Brigade Trial Counsel, as well as a rotation as a Command Judge Advocate for the 116th Cavalry Brigade at the National Training Center. Everett’s primary areas of practice are real estate, business, and construction.
