James Gardner received his B.A. in 2004 and his J.D. in 2008 from the University of Oregon. James has practiced law in Eugene for over 10 years. James is a Veteran of Iraq and like his brother Allen a second generation attorney in Eugene where his family has practice law since 1959. He has a multitude of experience in various areas of the law and worked as a civil litigator, prosecutor, public defender, and United States Army Judge Advocate. In 2016, James founded the Veterans Defense Resource Center in Eugene, Oregon to assisting Veteran defendants and educate defense attorney’s statewide. He is also the administrator for the Lane County Defense Consortium. His primary areas of practice are landlord tenant, estate planning, business, and criminal defense.

Both James Gardner and his brother Allen Gardner have 50 years of combined experience specializing in landlord tenant, estate planning, business, and criminal defense.
