Allen Gardner received his B.A. in 1976, his J.D. in 1980 from the University of Oregon, and has been a member of the Oregon State Bar and the U. S. District Court, District of Oregon for nearly 40 years. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Willamette University College of Law and the University of Oregon Law School, teaching ethics and professional responsibility, and has been a chapter author of Oregon State Bar publications Fundamentals of Real Estate Transactions and The Ethical Oregon Lawyer. Allen has served on the Oregon State Bar Ethics Committee and has been a frequent lecturer on law-related topics before various sections of the Oregon State Bar, the Lane County Bar Association, Oregon Law Institute, the Oregon Association of Legal Secretaries, Lane County Rental Owners Association, Sterling Seminars, and other groups. Allen’s primary areas of practice are landlord-tenant, real estate and business law.
